Job summary
TEIS, Inc. is seeking a home-based pediatric OT to serve children ages 0 to 3. You will develop, implement, and document individualized treatment plans, coordinating with families and caregivers across in-home sessions.
Join a worker-owned ESOP company with flexible scheduling and competitive compensation. Prior experience with in-home pediatric therapy is a plus, and Pennsylvania licensure and NBCOT certification are required.
Qualifications
- Must be licensed OT in Pennsylvania and NBCOT certified.
- Experience with pediatric in-home therapy preferred.
- Must meet state and federal clearance requirements (Act 33/34, FBI).
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and document individualized treatment plans.
- Incorporate family-friendly therapy into daily routines.
- Travel locally to provide in-home Early Intervention services.
