Job summary
TEIS is seeking a home-based pediatric OT to serve children aged 0–3. Positions are full- or part-time with flexible, self-directed schedules and an Employee-Owned (ESOP) structure. Compensation ranges from $50k to $80k per year.
The role emphasizes development, implementation, and documentation of individualized treatment plans, family coaching, and local travel for in-home Early Intervention services, within Pennsylvania territories.
Qualifications
- NBCOT certification required.
- PA State OT License renewal required by June 30 of odd-numbered years.
- Current PA drivers license and vehicle recommended.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and document PI treatment plans for ages 0–3.
- In-home Early Intervention services with family coaching.
- Local travel to client homes to support scheduled visits.
