Job summary

TEIS is seeking a home-based pediatric OT for children aged 0 to 3. You can work full- or part-time with a set schedule, and you’ll join an employee-owned ESOP.

The role offers a strong compensation range of $50,000 to $80,000 annually and opportunities to impact early development. Responsibilities include developing and documenting treatment plans, integrating family routines into therapy, and traveling locally to Provide in-home Early Intervention Services.

Qualifications

• National NBCOT Certification, renewed every 3 years.
• PA State OT License, renewed by June 30 of every odd-numbered year.
• Clearances: Child Abuse (Act 33), Criminal History (Act 34), FBI Fingerprinting, Mandated Reporter Training (Act 31)
• Current Pennsylvania driver's license, insurance and personal vehicle

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and document treatment plans based on patients' individual needs.
• Incorporation of family-friendly therapy into children's everyday routines.
• Local travel for in-home Early Intervention Services.
