You will assess needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team to support child development. Must hold NY OT license and uphold EI principles, maintain accurate records, and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in New York State.
• Strong understanding of early intervention principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for children aged 0-3 to identify OT needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support development.
• Provide OT services in clinic and home settings, adapting strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with pediatricians, SLPs, and PTs to ensure integrated care.
• Maintain accurate progress notes and treatment plans.
• Participate in staff meetings and ongoing professional development.
