Qualifications

• Requires ability to operate a digital camera and basic word processing.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Role is home-based with travel to inspection sites within territory.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical inspections of commercial or residential properties.
• Apply company rules and standards to identify risks and reduce hazards.
• Prepare inspection reports with photos and notes for internal records.
• Schedule inspections efficiently to maximize time and meet service commitments.
• Communicate survey status to stakeholders via email/phone/Text.
