Job summary

Any Baby Can, an Austin-based nonprofit, seeks an experienced professional to provide home-based case management, parenting education, and child development services to low-income families with children birth to 5. The role uses the PAT curriculum and requires maintaining caseloads while collaborating with local agencies.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, Spanish language skills preferred, and PAT Educator certification or ability to obtain it on hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, early childhood development, education, public health or related field.
• Spanish language skills preferred (verbal and written).
• Parents As Teachers Educator certification required or can be acquired upon hire.
• Experience with low-income and culturally diverse families with multiple needs; home visit experience preferred.
• Ability to develop program plans, work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide Home-Based educational visits using the Parents as Teachers (PAT) curriculum.
• Maintain a maximum caseload to meet program needs.
• Develop and update service plans for each client and provide referrals.
• Complete all paperwork and documentation accurately and within timelines.
• Attend and participate in scheduled staff and collaboration meetings.
