Julison Sell Search Team is seeking a Palliative Care Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate home-based care across Southeast Washington. You will assess symptoms, craft care plans, educate patients and families, and coordinate community resources within a multidisciplinary team.

The role offers full-time hours with 4x10s or 5x8s, a 4-day weekend cadence every other week, and a sign-on bonus plus relocation assistance. WA RN license and BLS required; ACLS preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Active Washington State RN License or Multi-State RN License.
• Current BLS Certification.
• ACLS preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
• Passion for relationship-based, patient-centered care.

Aufgaben

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and symptom management.
• Develop individualized care plans for home-based patients.
• Provide education and support to patients and families.
• Coordinate referrals and community resources.
• Advocate for patients navigating complex healthcare needs.
• Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
