Envision Hospice in Washington is seeking a compassionate Hospice Weekend Flex RN to support our interdisciplinary team. You will provide high-quality care to patients and families, focusing on pain and symptom management, in home, assisted living, and skilled nursing settings.

This role offers a flexible 3- or 4-day workweek with 10-hour shifts, weekend coverage, and potential for weekday hours. Eligible candidates hold an active WA RN license, hospice/palliative care experience is preferred,

Competenze

• Active WA RN license required; CHPN certification is a plus.
• Hospice/palliative care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Proficient with EHR systems and healthcare technologies.
• Ability to work independently and in crisis situations.

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care focused on pain and symptom management for hospice patients.
• Respond promptly to urgent calls, assess situations, and deliver immediate interventions as needed.
• Administer and adjust medications, monitoring effectiveness for comfort.

• Support and educate families, offering guidance and reassurance.
