Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide outpatient rehabilitation services in a home-based setting for older adults in Baltimore, MD. The role is onsite for a 13-week contract starting 11/16/2026, with a standard 8:00 AM–4:30 PM shift and a 35-hour minimum guarantee per week.

The OT will assess and treat in patients' homes or in independent living facilities, develop individualized care plans, supervise staff when applicable, and collaborate with the rehab team to optimize

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation to and from patients' residence.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise OT assistants and trainees per licensure.
• Adhere to department schedules and complete documentation.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to select optimal treatment regimens.
• Develop and adjust plans of care for individual patients.
• Ensure safety and quality of patient services in home-based settings.
