Qualifications

• Current OT Assistant licensure in the practice state.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license or access to transportation.

Responsibilities

• Follow state laws and treatment plans under supervision of an OT
• Instruct and assist patients with evidence-based therapy within legal scope
• Monitor, document, and report patient responses and condition changes
• Educate patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare team members about therapy
• Adapt to diverse home environments regardless of patient background
