You will perform clinical assessments, develop personalized care plans, and work with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.

Competenze

• Active state NP/PA license.
• MSN required for Nurse Practitioners; PA option varies.
• Maintain current state license and national certification.
• Current/active CPR; DEA licensure.
• Experience in primary care and home-based settings preferred.

Formazione

Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN)
