Responsibilities

• Onboarding new NPs and delivering hands-on clinical training in patient homes.
• Reinforcing best practices in assessment, chronic disease management, telehealth, and care coordination.
• Partnering with an interdisciplinary team to refine training materials and support quality initiatives.
• Ensuring NPs deliver compassionate, compliant, and outcome-driven care aligned with organizational standards.
