Job summary

RiseWell Community Services seeks a compassionate LMSW or LMHC (full-time) to join the Home-BEST program in Nassau County. You will work with high-risk children and adolescents 5–21 in home and community settings, providing supports to prevent hospitalizations or placement.

Hiring without a license is possible while pursuing licensure. Our clinical services empower adults and youth through individual/group therapy, addiction treatment, and comprehensive support.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree is required.
• LMSW/ LMHC preferred; licensure pursued ok.
• Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based mental health supports to high-risk children/adolescents 5–21.
• Support prevention of hospitalization or residential placement.
• Assist with clinical hours toward licensure and professional development.
