Job summary

Hands On Health Associates LLC, a community outpatient behavioral health clinic in New York, is seeking a full-time Mental Health Therapist (Licensed or Limited Permit). You will diagnose and treat mental health and substance use disorders, teach communication skills, and guide clients through crises.

We support LMHC/LMSW/LCSW licensure and supervision toward licensure, with a flexible schedule and strong work/life balance.

Qualifications

• Licensure LMHC/LMSW/LCSW is required.
• 1+ years of OMH/OASAS experience.
• Experience with EHR documentation is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Russian language fluency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform intake assessments.
• Provide individual, couple, family, and child therapy.
• Create individualized treatment plans for each client.
• Use evidence-based treatments for group and individual therapy.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient information and treatment plans.
• Conduct regular patient outreach and comply with standards.
