Job summary

Achieve Beyond is seeking a Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) in Nassau, NY to provide ABA services to children in their natural environments, including homes and clinics. You will educate families on intervention strategies and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support goals.

The role offers a flexible schedule and travel within Nassau County, with compensation described as hourly rates. Joining the Clinical department, you will contribute to high-quality pediatric services.

Qualifications

• Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in NY.
• 1-2 years of experience with children birth–5 preferred.
• Must be passionate about working with children and families.
• Self-motivated team player with patience and professionalism.
• Fluency in a language other than English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing special instruction and/or ABA services to children in their natural environment.
• Educate families and caregivers on intervention strategies for active involvement.
• Work in homes, daycare centers, preschools, clinics, and community settings.
• Follow the therapy plan, plan ongoing treatment, and document progress.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain confidential records.
