Job summary

The Home for Little Wanderers, Inc. is seeking a Master’s-level clinician to provide intensive home- and community-based therapeutic services for youth under 21 with serious emotional needs. You will lead family therapy, develop treatment plans, and coordinate with CBHI services across communities.

This role requires a MA-licensed or license-eligible clinician, strong assessment skills, and the ability to travel within the CSA region. Fluency in another language is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a mental health field from an accredited college or university.
• Licensed or license-eligible (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC LMFT, LADC 1).
• Experience navigating child/family-serving systems and advocating for families in behavioral health.
• Must maintain certification in Massachusetts CANS.
• Fluency in a second language is a plus.
• Computer literate and able to learn new software; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Convenes monthly meetings with youth, family, providers, clinicians, and school representatives.
• Deliver intensive family therapy to youth and family in home or community settings.
• Develop and implement treatment plans to meet youth and family needs.
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments including CANS and CRAFFT.
• Maintain timely documentation in the program’s eHR per guidelines.
• Travel within assigned CSA catchment for home/community visits.
