Qualifications

• Licensure: Unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License (or eligible)
• Training: APRN (Family, Adult/Geri Nurse Practitioner) or PA
• Experience: At least two years post-graduate as a Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA). Primary Care/Geriatric Medicine experience highly preferred.
