Job summary

In Home Rehab Group is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide in-home therapy in the Aventura/Sunny Isles area of Florida. The role focuses on geriatrics, offering one-on-one sessions in patients' homes with the autonomy to craft personalized treatment plans.

The position is part-time/PRN with flexible hours, allowing you to organize your weekly schedule while delivering comprehensive, Medicare-guideline-compliant care.

Qualifications

• Active FL License and Registration.
• Eligibility to work in the US.
• Ability to document per Medicare guidelines.
• Ability to document evaluations and treatment sessions in a timely manner.
• Ability to treat patients in the home independently, without an onsite supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in their homes.
• Provide creative and individualized treatment sessions.
• Engage family and caregivers as needed, providing education/HEP/DME recommendations.
• Thoroughly complete all documentation via EMR.
• Maintain frequent communication with your supervisor and patient representative.
