Qualifications

• Active Florida license and registration as an Occupational Therapist.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Ability to document per Medicare guidelines and in EMR.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in their homes.

• Engage family and caregivers with education and DME recommendations.
