Pinnacle Family Services is seeking a Family Centered Treatment Specialist to deliver evidence-based services in homes and communities across North Carolina. You will guide families through the FCT model, coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, and develop individualized Service Plans to support lasting well-being.

The role requires FCT certification within one year, a valid driver's license, and full-time supervised experience serving children with mental health needs.

Qualifications

• Must meet NC Qualified Professional (QP) requirements per 10A NCAC 27G .0104.
• Experience must be full-time and supervised, serving children and adolescents with a primary mental health diagnosis.
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a fully insured, private form of transportation.

Responsabilités

• Deliver Family Centered Treatment services primarily in home and community settings, meeting families where they are - literally and figuratively
• Guide children and families through the four phases of the FCT model, helping them set goals, build skills, and move toward sustainable well-being
• Serve as a central point of coordination for each family's Treatment Team, collaborating with medical, behavioral health, school, and community partners to ensure seamless, whole-person care
• Develop, implement, and continuously refine individualized Service Plans in partnership with the families you serve
• Connect families to community resources, referrals, and aftercare supports that extend the impact of treatment beyond your time together
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the Electronic Health Record, keeping records that reflect the quality of care you provide
• Participate in Quality Assurance activities that help make our programs stronger for every family we serve

Formation

Master's in human services field + 1 year experience

Bachelor's in human services field + 2 years experience

Bachelor's in non-human services field + 4 years experience

Current NC license or board-certified in a human services profession

Experience must be full-time and supervised, serving children/adolescents with a primary mental health diagnosis

Valid driver's license and access to private transportation
