Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in social work, psychology, human services, or related field preferred.
• Alternatively, high school diploma/GED or Associate’s with 4+ years of direct casework experience.
• Experience in home-based, child welfare, or community-based settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assesses the needs of children and families to establish short- and long-term goals.
• Connects families to housing, employment, and social services.
• Provides mentorship, advocacy, and support to ensure client success.
• Assists families in developing life skills, coping skills, and healthy relationships.
• Documents all sessions, case notes, and reports within required timelines.
• Creates and maintains safety and treatment plans in Case Management Pro.
• Maintains consistent communication with clients and team members.
• Participates in team meetings, trainings, and supervision as required.
• Adheres to all agency policies, confidentiality standards, and DCS requirements.
