Job summary

Children’s Services of Roxbury, Inc. (CSR) partners with the Department of Children and Families to deliver intensive, home-based Support and Stabilization Services to families.

We aim to strengthen family functioning, child safety, and well-being while helping families meet identified goals. CSR provides tailored services including parenting education, health coordination, community resources navigation, and advocacy in legal matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field required.
• Minimum of one year of experience providing case management or family support services.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly home visits with families, including evening hours as needed to accommodate schedules.
• Provide family-centered advocacy, resource coordination and skill-building services.
• Maintain accurate, timely case records and documentation in Credible and other systems.
• Collaborate with DCF staff, schools, healthcare professionals and community partners.
• Participate in weekly supervision with the Program Director.
