Job summary

Community Progress Council, Inc. is seeking a Home-Based Coordinator to guide and support Early Head Start Home-Based Family Coaches in delivering high-quality, family-centered services.

You will supervise implementation of the Parents as Teachers curriculum, promote positive outcomes, and ensure program quality and compliance while collaborating with staff and community partners to strengthen family engagement and connect families to resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Early Childhood Education, Family Studies, or related field.
• Two years of experience in home visiting, family services, or related field preferred.
• At least two years of supervisory or management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must successfully obtain and maintain all required background clearances and health screenings.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Experience with Head Start standards and program compliance.
• Experience using family-centered coaching approaches.
• Proficiency with electronic case management systems (ChildPlus).
• Ability to work with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Home-Based Family Coaches to deliver high-quality, family-centered services.
• Oversee implementation of the Parents as Teachers curriculum.
• Promote positive child and family outcomes.
• Ensure program quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with staff and community partners to strengthen family engagement and connect families to resources.
• Provide coaching, feedback, training, and professional development for coaches.
• Represent CPC in community partnerships and collaborative initiatives.
• Address family concerns and assist with crisis situations.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation, data entry, and reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement to strengthen outcomes.
• Support staff development and team success.
