Northeast Family Services is seeking a Home Based HBTS/PASS Clinician to work with families in-home, conducting behavioral assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing family consultations. You will document progress and guide staff to ensure effective home-based services.

This role offers a flexible schedule (afternoons, evenings, weekends) and requires an active clinical license (LCSW, LICSW, LMHCA, LMHC, LMFTA, LMFT), a Master's degree, and reliable transportation or remote work

Competenze

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related human services field.
• Active clinical license - LCSW, LICSW, LMHCA, LMHC, LMFTA, LMFT.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle access.
• Experience with children/adolescents with complex needs and chronic conditions.
• availability to work mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• A compassionate approach to care and secure internet access.

Mansioni

• Conduct in-home behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide family consultations and trainings; supervise Direct Support Professionals.
• Complete required documentation including progress reports and treatment methods.
• Guide staff to ensure effective implementation of home-based services.
• Adhere to schedules with flexible afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
