Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking a Bilingual Home Based HBTS/PASS Clinician to deliver in-home behavioral health services for children, adults, and families in Rhode Island. You will assess needs, create treatment plans, and provide family coaching, while ensuring accurate documentation and program compliance.

The role offers a flexible schedule with afternoons, evenings, and weekends available. A master's degree and bilingual proficiency are required, along with an active clinical license

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency required for in-home family work.
• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Current valid clinical license from applicable board/agency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide family consultations and trainings.
• Supervise/direct treatment activities and guide home-based service implementation.
• Complete required documentation including progress reports and treatment plans.
• Maintain compliance with agency policies and deliver high-quality client care.
