Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education required; Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates, monitors and assesses the operations and effectiveness of the Home Based Education program.
• Supervises Staff and provides mentorship and coaching for employees.
• Ensures staff development, observation and training to meet performance standards.
• Supports transition of children to 3- to 5-year-old programs and liaises with other service areas.
