Job summary

Abound Health is seeking a Home-Based Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support individuals with I/DD in Rebersburg, PA. You will provide one-on-one in clients' homes and communities, with flexible hours and a $1,000 signing bonus.

Compensation ranges from $17.00–$25.00 per hour, weekly pay, and benefits including medical, dental, life insurance, and 401(k) based on hours worked. This role emphasizes independence, compassion, and reliable scheduling.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in supporting individuals with I/DD.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Valid driver’s license and active car insurance.
• Able to pass background checks.
• Minimum age 18 and high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support in clients’ homes and communities.
• Support behavioral, social, and vocational skill development.
• Assist with recreational and community activities.
• Follow treatment plans and document progress.
• Provide companionship and respite care.
• Submit documentation and payroll on time.
• Participate in ongoing training.
• Assist with personal care needs as required.
