Job summary

Abound Health is hiring Home-Based Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide one-on-one support in clients’ homes and communities in Julian, PA.

Competitive hourly wages of $17.00–$25.00, a $1,000 signing bonus, weekly pay, and benefits such as medical/dental/life insurance and 401(k) eligibility are offered to qualified candidates. Training provided, and hours are full-time or part-time with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must have valid drivers license and active car insurance.
• Must be 18+ and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• One year of caregiving experience preferred (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Support behavioral, social, and vocational skill development.
• Assist with recreational and community activities.
• Follow treatment plans and document progress.
• Provide companionship and respite care.
• Submit documentation and payroll on time.
• Participate in ongoing training.
• Assist with personal care needs as required.
• Work independently in home and community settings.
