Job summary

Abound Health is hiring compassionate Home‑Based Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Centre Hall, PA. Full-time and part-time hours available, with a $1,000 signing bonus and $17.00–$25.00 per hour.

As a DSP, you will provide one-on-one in clients’ homes and communities, helping individuals live safely, independently, and with dignity. Training is provided and schedules are flexible.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, reliable DSPs needed to support individuals with I/DD.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly in home/community settings.
• Must pass background checks and have valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support in clients’ homes and communities.
• Support skill development, recreation, and community activities.
• Follow treatment plans and document progress; provide companionship.
• Submit documentation and payroll on time; participate in training.
• Assist with personal care needs and transfers when required.
