Job summary

Abound Health is seeking compassionate Home-Based Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Holtwood, PA. This role offers $17.00–$25.00 per hour, and a $1,000 signing bonus for qualified candidates. Full-time and part-time hours and weekly pay are available.

As a DSP, you will provide one-on-one support in clients' homes and communities, helping them live safely and independently. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in supporting individuals with I/DD.
• Valid driver’s license and active car insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent; ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Support behavioral, social, and vocational skill development
• Assist with recreational and community activities
• Follow treatment plans and document progress
• Provide companionship and respite care
• Submit documentation and payroll on time
• Participate in ongoing training
• Assist with personal care needs as required
• Work independently in home and community settings
