Job summary

Abound Health is seeking compassionate Home-Based Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with I/DD in Cambria County, PA. Earn $17–$25 per hour and a $1,000 signing bonus with flexible full-time or part-time hours.

As a DSP, you provide one-on-one in clients' homes and communities, assist with daily living, document progress, and participate in training. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required, with paid training provided.

Qualifications

• 1 year of caregiving experience preferred.
• Not required — paid training provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and active car insurance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support behavioral, social, and vocational skill development.
• Assist with recreational and community activities.
• Follow treatment plans and document progress.
• Provide companionship and respite care.
• Submit documentation and payroll on time.
• Participate in ongoing training.
• Assist with personal care needs as required.
• Work independently in home and community settings.
