Job summary

Qualifications

• OTA licensed and in good standing.
• Experience delivering home-based therapy is preferred.

• Excellent communication with patients, families and healthcare teams.
• Ability to adapt plans to home environments and solve problems during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Assist OTs in delivering therapy to patients in their homes.
• Implement treatment plans under OT supervision.
• Help patients develop or regain daily living skills in home settings.
• Monitor and document patient progress during therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and exercises.
