Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking an ISO Home Based Clinician in New Hampshire. You will serve as a primary therapist for in-home clients, designing treatment plans with families and DCYF, and ensuring quality service delivery in home and community settings.

The role requires Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in related fields, clinical experience with children and families, and a valid driver's license. On-call and evening availability are required, with a competitive benefits package included.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field per NH guidelines.
• Two years minimum clinical experience working with children, adolescents, youth and families in home/community settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field per NH guidelines.
• Five years minimum clinical experience in home/community settings.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable access to a vehicle; proof of insurance.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. No visa sponsorship available.
• Access to high-speed, secure internet.

Responsibilities

• Maintains assigned caseload and ensures proper in-home service delivery.
• Collaborates with DCYF to respond to referrals and develop treatment plans.
• Documents clinical activities and maintains quality reporting.
• Provides therapeutic intervention to children, adults, and families in home/community settings.
• Provides parent education and supervised visitation.
• Interfaces with DCYF, NH court system, schools and other treatment team members.

Education

Master’s Degree in social work, counseling, psychology or related human services field valid under NH state guidelines
