Job summary

aba360 seeks a compassionate, patient professional to provide home-based support for a teen with Autism. You’ll deliver one-on-one support using evidence-based strategies to help the teen develop skills and independence, and tailor activities to daily routines in home sessions.

Work closely with the family to maintain a positive, supportive setting and accurately record progress and observations to track growth and inform ongoing care.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with Autism in home, school, or similar settings (preferred)
• Patient, compassionate, and reliable
• Comfortable working independently in home settings

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support using evidence-based strategies to help the teen develop skills and independence
• Support learning and daily routines at home sessions
• Work closely with the family to maintain a positive and supportive setting
