myLaurel is expanding its field-based Physician Assistant program in the Seattle Metro & Everett area. You will deliver high-acuity care in patients' homes, operating with autonomy while reporting to the Field Provider Manager.

This role supports evenings, weekends, and holidays across full-time, part-time, or PRN tracks. The position emphasizes independent IV access, medication administration, and coordination with clinicians to optimize outcomes and reduce hospitalizations.

Formación

• Current, unrestricted WA PA-C license must be held.
• Minimum 2 years acute care clinical experience in ED, inpatient, or acute post-acute settings.
• Proficient in IV access, medication administration, wound care, and point-of-care testing.
• Active driver's license and ability to carry gear up to 60 lbs.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred; available for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-acuity in-home care with autonomous clinical decisions.
• Perform hands-on assessments, IV access, meds administration, wound care.
• Order/interpret tests and develop holistic care plans with referring clinicians.
