Job summary

myLaurel is seeking a Physician Assistant for Acute Care in the Home, with field-based care across Seattle Metro & Everett, WA. Choose Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN, with 12‑hour shifts and comprehensive home care coverage.

You’ll perform hands‑on assessments, IV access, medications, wound care, and autonomous decision‑making while reporting to the Field Provider Manager. Embrace autonomy and high‑risk patient care.

Qualifications

• Licensed PA-C in Washington with US residency and work authorization.
• Minimum 2 years (3,600 hours) in acute care settings (ED, hospitalist, LTACH, etc.).
• Ability to operate as solo on-site clinical authority with independent IV access.
• Certifications in AGACNP‑BC, ENP‑BC, or CAQ in Emergency/Hospital Medicine are a plus.
• Active driver’s license; capable of handling equipment and home environments.
• Current BLS; ACLS preferred; availability for evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on, high‑acuity care in the patient home with autonomy.
• Perform IV access, medication administration, wound care, and splinting.
• Order/interpret tests and collaborate to create holistic care plans.
• Contribute to quality initiatives and reduced hospital readmissions.
