Job summary

myLaurel is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for acute care in the home in the Seattle Metro and Everett area. This field-based role offers choosing your schedule across full-time, part-time, or PRN/contract tracks and requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

You will deliver high-acuity care at patients' homes, perform autonomous assessments, IV access, meds, wound care, and participate in diagnostic testing and care plans, reporting to Field Provider Manager.

Qualifications

• WA NP or PA-C license (unrestricted).
• 2+ years acute care experience (ED, inpatient, or acute post-acute).
• Autonomous on-site clinical authority with IV access and meds.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred. Weekend/evening/holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Perform home-based assessments and therapeutic interventions.
• Order/interpret labs, EKGs, and point-of-care tests; collaborate on care plans.
• Participate in quality initiatives and reduce avoidable hospitalizations.
