Job summary

Cavco Nampa is seeking a Production Home Assembler to follow work orders on a factory line and assemble building components for homes. The role involves carpentry tasks, tool operation, and teamwork to ensure efficient production.

The position offers a day shift from 7 am to 3:30 pm with no weekends, along with a weekly bonus in addition to the standard 40-hour workweek. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour with bonus opportunities, and average pay is around $26.16 per hour with bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Be able to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand and power tools to perform carpentry duties in a factory setting.
• Frame, layout and build floors; prepare walls and ceilings.
• Layout, install electrical lines, switches and panels as needed.
• Install siding, windows and doors; perform interior and exterior painting.
• Follow safety rules and work as part of a team to meet production goals.
