Cavco Industries, Inc. is seeking a Production Home Assembler to prepare and assemble building components on a factory line. You will follow work orders and safety rules while contributing to efficient home construction.

Responsibilities include operating tools, framing floors/walls, installing wiring, and finishing carpentry while maintaining quality and teamwork. This role offers an hourly wage with benefits after probation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand and power tools for carpentry tasks.
• Frame, layout and build floors and walls.
• Install electrical lines, switches, and panels.
• Finish carpentry, trim, and interior/exterior painting.
• Install siding, windows, and doors.
• Follow safety rules and cooperate with team.
