SC Housing's Development Division seeks a program coordinator to support the HOME-ARP program, assisting homeless and vulnerable populations with housing, tenant-based rental assistance, and supportive services. You will handle grant administration duties under federal/state regulations, collaborate with award recipients, and ensure projects meet deadlines and compliance.

The role emphasizes strong MS Office skills, data tracking, reporting, and technical assistance at workshops and via calls.

Formación

• 3+ years of full-time experience administering federal grants, housing subsidy programs, or related housing field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Administer HOME-ARP grant activities and ensure compliance with federal/state requirements.
• Communicate with award recipients and provide technical assistance.
• Review budgets, work plans, and program requirements to ensure funded activities are implemented as approved.
• Track expenditures, obligations, and funding; monitor progress and deadlines.
• Prepare reports and materials for workshops, trainings, and daily communications.
