Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot appliance issues to determine root cause.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining the repair process and care.
• Maintain accurate service-call records, repairs, and parts used.
• Stay up-to-date with appliance technologies and repair techniques.
• Ensure safety regulations and company policies on every call.
