Job summary

Liftology is seeking a Mobility Installation Technician in southeastern PA. Responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting mobility equipment for homes and businesses, with travel across the region. Tools and a company vehicle are provided.

Ideal candidates have basic tool knowledge, strong attention to detail, and the ability to safely lift 100 lbs. Previous mobility installation experience is welcomed but not required, and veterans are encouraged to apply.

• Travel and install across the southeastern PA region; vehicle and tools provided.

Full time opportunity for Mobility Installation Technician

About us

• Family owned franchise seeking service & installation technician to join our southeastern PA team!
• We provide access and mobility equipment for seniors and people living with disabilities to allow them to live safely in their homes and live more independently.
• This is extremely rewarding work with a wonderful team!

Responsibilities & Duties

• Installation, maintenance, & trouble shooting of stairlifts, elevators, overhead patient lifts, auto lifts, ramps, and other accessibility equipment both residentially and commercially. Brands include Bruno, Harmar, National Ramp, Human Care, Savaria, Pollock, and more.
• Assist in the evaluation of projects at clients' homes and on commercial sites
• Work with clients & manufacturers throughout the installation, and service process
• Evaluations and installations will be throughout the southeastern PA Region (vehicle & tools are provided)

Requirements

• General knowledge of and ability to competently use tools
• Previous experience as a mobility installation technician is ideal, but absolutely not required.
• Experience in fields such as HVAC, electrical, mechanical, construction, mobility equipment, elevators, wiring, trouble shooting, satellite installation would be helpful, but is not required. Tradeschool welcome.
• Manual dexterity to manipulate small objects
• Must be able to safely lift 100 lbs and get in and out of delivery truck without trouble

• Visual ability to read materials such as installation manuals
• Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
• Ability to communicate clearly
• Ability to pass background check

Hours, Salary & Benefits

• Approximately (~8:30am-5:30pm Monday - Friday) - hours will vary depending on job
• Approximately $27-40/hour - depending on experience
• Paid holidays + paid personal time off /year
