Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates while driving daily sales on the shop floor.

You will support opening/closing routines, share product knowledge, and coach teammates to deliver a quality in‑store experience. Supplemental hours and peak season coverage apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail experience of at least 1 year preferred.
• No supervisory/management experience required.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills and fashion trend knowledge.
• Outgoing, assertive and adaptable with a flexible schedule.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain poise under pressure.
• Familiarity with omni‑channel services.

Job Description

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in‑store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team and is responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

Work Schedule Requirements

• Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 12-16 hours per week.
• Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays.
• In addition, during peak timeframes, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.

Qualifications

What it Takes

Education - High School Diploma/ G.E.D. equivalent preferred

Retail Experience- At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred.

Supervisor/ Managerial Experience- No Supervisory/ Management Experience Is Required.
