Job summary

Performance Optimal Health is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist to join a collaborative wellness team in Naples, FL. We emphasize a holistic approach and client-centered care, tailoring plans based on individual health needs.

Qualifications

Must maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Document client history and services performed.
Educate clients on massage benefits and engage other services.
Collaborate with providers for a full-circle wellness approach.
Communicate with Wellness Lead.
Willingness to travel between Performance locations as needed.
Ability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Growth mindset and willingness to learn and grow.
2+ years of experience preferred, but open to passionate professionals.

Responsibilities

Must maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Communicate and transcribe client history and services performed.
Educate clients on how massage benefits overall health and suggest additional services.
Collaborate with other providers for team-based wellness and client care.
Tailor treatment plans to individual health conditions.
