Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong business tax preparation experience with federal/state returns.
• Licensing or ability to obtain state tax licenses required.
• Experience with QuickBooks ProAdvisor or similar CRM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare tax returns for consumers and business clients.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base and foster long-term relationships.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a retail environment onsite.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping/payroll specialists to deliver full service.
