The Holistic Health Program & Financial Coordinator provides proactive, high-quality, flexible, and reliable support to Health, Well-being & Safety, with a primary focus on comprehensive administrative assistance and support to The Well Director and department. Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing financial, budgeting, and accounting support; facilitating departmental purchasing needs; maintaining calendar and scheduling appointments for designated individuals; providing support in planning and execution of departmental events; coordinating travel arrangements; Provide backup support to departments within the Health, Wellbeing, Safety Organization.

The full salary range for the Holistic Health Operations Program and Financial Coordinator is $31.72 - $50.70 hourly. However, the expected salary for this position is up to $35.88 hourly. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff.
