Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience with older adults in therapy preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Must possess a valid state Occupational Therapy license.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic occupational therapy services to residents, supporting physical, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Implement and monitor personalized care plans, aligning with residents' routines and preferences.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents' ongoing needs.
