Qualifications

• Knowledge of health care field and medical terminology.
• Knowledge of chronic disease management.
• Knowledge of and ability to utilize internal and external resources.
• Expertise in patient advocacy and navigating complex systems.
• Ability to function in stressful, fast-paced environments and apply stress management.
• Ability to communicate in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Experience with computers required.
• Education: High School Grad or Equiv.

Responsibilities

• Travels as needed to fulfill staffing needs and support clinic operations.
• Maintains education requirements and demonstrates competence through annual tests.
• Prepares patients and equipment for treatment and documents results in the system.
• Ensures OSHA and safety compliance in the office.
• Provides care to patients during visits, including intake, tests, and medication administration.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient and staff information.
• Assists staff and patients to support office workflow.
• Performs clinical intake, screenings, vital signs, and medication reconciliation.
