Formación

• Knowledge of health care field and medical terminology.
• Knowledge of chronic disease management.
• Knowledge of and ability to utilize internal and external resources.
• Expertise in patient advocacy and navigating complex systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with computers required.

Responsabilidades

• Travels as needed to fulfill staffing needs and support clinic operations.
• Maintains education requirements and demonstrates competency through annual clinical competencies.
• Prepares patients and equipment for treatment and documents results in the system.
• Maintains compliance with OSHA and safety processes.
• Provides whole care during office visits, including intake and medication administration.
• Supports staff teamwork and assists patients, visitors, and coworkers as needed.
• Performs clinical intake, including screenings and vital signs, and documents results.
• Educates patients regarding tests, medications and diets.
• Monitors inventory and medical equipment functionality.
