Qualifications

• Knowledge of health care field and medical terminology is required.
• Knowledge of chronic disease management is required.
• Knowledge of and ability to utilize internal and external resources is required.
• Expertise in patient advocacy and navigating complex systems is required.
• Ability to function in stressful, fast-paced environments and manage stress.
• Ability to work independently within the scope of certification.
• Ability to exercise sound judgement, diplomacy and professionalism.
• Strong English reading, writing and comprehension.
• Experience with computers is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient intake, tests, screenings, labs, and medication administration.
• Prepare patients and equipment for treatment and document results.
• Ensure compliance with policies and maintain confidentiality of information.
